Yes. epharmacyy is licensed by the Drug Regulatory Authority of Pakistan (DRAP) under licence #PE-24718. We source medicines exclusively from authorised distributors and manufacturers, and every product is verified for batch number and expiry before dispatch.
Do I need a prescription to order medicine?
For prescription-only medicines (antibiotics, controlled substances, schedule-G drugs, insulins and similar), yes, Pakistani law requires a valid prescription from a registered medical practitioner. You can upload it during checkout. OTC medicines, vitamins, devices and personal-care items can be ordered without a prescription.
How fast is delivery in Karachi, Lahore and Islamabad?
Same-day delivery is available in Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad and Rawalpindi for orders placed before 6 PM. In other cities, standard delivery takes 1-3 working days. You’ll receive a tracking link by SMS as soon as your order is dispatched.
What if my medicine needs to be refrigerated?
Insulins, certain vaccines, biologics and other cold-chain items are dispatched in insulated packaging with ice packs to maintain 2-8 °C through transit. Cold-chain orders are prioritised for same-day or next-day delivery to preserve product integrity.
Can I pay Cash on Delivery?
Yes, COD is available across all delivery cities with no extra charge. You can also pay using Easypaisa, JazzCash, Visa, Mastercard or bank transfer. All online payments are processed through PCI-compliant gateways.
